I paid almost 5 dollars for printing 7 b/w pages. Worst prices ever

Dara Manoach brought Gnomon Copy a very poor quality digital file from which she requested that we print her 100 bat mitzvah programs. Upon printing a proof, Ms. Manoach inspected and approved the proof. Later, her Rabbi also reviewed and approved the proof. Both happy and satisfied with the quality and page content of the proof, she instructed us to run the full job. A week later, after using the programs at her event, she returned to the store, WITHOUT the programs, claiming that she was NOW not satisfied with the quality and DEMANDED a full refund. When our manager politely explained that once a proof is approved, the customer then accepts full responsibility for the job. Realizing that she wasn't getting her way, she then bullied our manager by threatening to give us a bad review on social media unless she got her refund. Despite this intimidation, our manager again politely refused her demand. Therefore, the only individual obviously not accepting accountability in this transaction was Ms. Manoach, who clearly admits that she failed to see any of the alleged errors in the proof because she was in a hurry, but now insists on blaming somebody else for her mistake.

Dont use this Gnomon copy if you need something to be done accurately and dont have a lot of time to go back and forth with multiple corrections and dont expect accountability on the part of the management. They made a major error in printing a program, repeating a page of text and omitting another page, which I unfortunately neglected to catch in the proof. I was not happy with the quality of the printing either, but there were so many issues that I didnt have time to fix all of them before the deadline. It was a poor quality job and when I spoke with the manager, he did not take responsibility for the error in the transfer of the text or the poor legibility of the print.

Leslie Lai, you could have printed the document yourself on one of our self-serve printers for just .10 per print. Instead, you chose to have one of our digital print technicians access a computer and download your file and then set it up to print on one of our commercial printers. This service would have cost you much much more than $3.00 at any of our competitors.
